Warrior Day - January 25th
Warrior Day is held each year on January 25, Wyatt Willey’s birthday. It’s a day dedicated to kindness, connection, and showing up for others — just as Wyatt always did.
On Warrior Day, we encourage people to take part in simple acts of kindness: leaving an encouraging note, checking in on someone who may be struggling, offering support, or doing something thoughtful for another person. Words matter, and even the smallest gesture can make a lasting difference.
Through community outreach, school involvement, and shared acts of kindness, Warrior Day reminds us that no one fights alone — and that being in someone’s corner can change a life.
💜🩵 Kindness can change the world.
2026
In celebration of Warrior Day in 2026, our incredible board members and volunteers spread a whole lot of encouragement—over 2,000 positive messages and quotes placed on high school lockers across five schools.
Students at East Buchanan Community Schools, Cascade Cougars, Starmont Community School District, Beckman Catholic High School, and West Delaware arrived to these messages today—small reminders that they matter, they’re seen, and they’re not alone.
Words matter. And sometimes, a simple kind or encouraging message can make all the difference.

2025
Warrior Day projects we do every year. To spread positivity and kindness we put SMACK cards on every locker in 4 high schools this year. Thank you to West Delaware, Beckman Catholic High School, Starmont Community School District and Edgewood Colesburg CSD for allowing us to do this. We started this tradition 3 years ago with only one school. We’re excited grow this each and every year because you never know when your kindness will make a difference to one person at just the right time
